Do I Have To Register Sub Domains,add-on Domains& Parked Domains When Creating Them?

Author: Suppose that my web hosting plan provides me with unlimited sub domains,add on domains and parked domains ,so is this free with the hosting plan or do I have to pay & get it registered just like a custom domain name.
Pleae read the question properly and explain properly.This is very important for me.
