Buying Particular Domain Name | Legal Issues?

Hi, I can’t say the domain name i’ve bought. But instead I’m going to give a similar example.
Let’s say there is a popular holiday site like firstchoice.co.uk (just an example)
And i bought the domain name firstchoiceholidays.co.uk (just an example)
Would there be any legal problems I might face in the near future?
Would prefer an answer from someone who knows, rather than just speculation? But I guess the more the merrier
Thanks

If it is an available name then there would not be a legal issue. You will need to use top SEO practices to try to overtake a high traffic website that is popular. You should build your website to take over small niche then move on to another niche that your competitor is in.

no, you won’t be in trouble for buying a similar domain name or even just a type, however you can and probably will get in trouble for impersonating another website.
if taken to court, you can have years in jail or hefty fines, to avoid that you should add a disclaimer to your site that this site is not affiliated to xyz site, and the correct site address is xyz.com.
